The Department of Social Work prepares students to analyze the cumulative impacts of socially engineered and interpersonal trauma on human development in environmental context, and to realize equity and social justice through scholarship, advocacy, and service with oppressed, vulnerable, and marginalized populations.
Student Success is responsible for helping to provide proactive academic support to students. The Division includes the Office of Learning Services, Tutoring and Success Coaching. It is our goal to provide academic support for students to take responsibility for their learning so they are equipped to engage effectively in the Utica University community.
The Young Scholars Liberty Partnerships Program (YSLPP) is a multi-year collaborative project, established in 1993 with Utica University and the Utica City School District (UCSD).
